Let me tell you about a cool new scooter for kids, that in my opinion will be a hit this year. The Pulse Slither Drift Scooter takes the idea of a scooter in a new direction.
While you still push/kick this scooter its designed in a way to be easier to handle, and easier to do tricks with. There are two wheels in the front that allow the rider to weave, turn, and glide the scooter so much easier then its two wheel older brother, and even its not so old brother the Pulse Kick N Go scooter. This scooter adjusts to your child's skill level so let them ride!
The idea behind this new idea is taking the fun of skiing, snowboarding, and surfing and putting it into a super cool "street toy".
My daughter has been using a scooter jeeze since she was five or so and she has gotten bored with them, can you blame her? Regular scooters can only do so much kick, kick ride yeah wow.
The price is pretty darn good for the amount of use that you know your kid will give it, ha my daughter still uses the same scooter she has owned for five years. Scooters today for kids take the place of bikes for the most part so $59.99 is a small price to pay when you look at the longevity of their use!
You can buy online or in stores, the scooter will be available 11/1/09 at national retailers such as Target, K-mart, and ToyRus
With the new Pulse Slither Drift Scooter you use your feet in at side to side pushing motion to create a snake like slithering motion that propels you. With the two wheel front of this scooter there is much more stability that enables the riders to do more tricks and turns in a way that your "old" scooters just cant do.
Here is a video of the Pulse Slither Drift Scooter so you can see just how cool this thing is.
Okay moms another bonus, my toddler loves it! I know its not intended for him but because of the design he can easily balance on it and allows us to push him, and he can kick too! Not to shabby for a two year old!
The scooter is easy to assemble, and study once put together. We give this toy a big thumbs up! The only thing we would like to see has nothing to do with performance but aesthetics how about coming out with more color choice or a way to customize your design? If this were an option that would be great!
I did not receive any monetary compensation for my review. I received a scooter for the purpose of writing this review for you my readers. My opinions are my own and honest.
