Triaminic Cold and Flu Tracker help when you need it...and a Giveaway

I was contacted on behalf of Triaminic and asked to review their Cold and Flu Tracker. I agreed because we have already dealt with the Flu late last year and I want to try and avoid a repeat.
The Triaminic Cold and Flu Tracker is a neat part of their website that uses data from SDI Fan (a source used by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to keep track of Cold and Flu cases in the nation.
There is an interactive map of the US, all you do it click on your state and it tells you the levels of the state in a range of Low to Very High.
Have you ever had and under the weather child and wondered if you should send them to school or keep them home? If so you are not alone.Triaminic has added a guide to its tracker that addresses this problem its called Sick Day Guidelines. Parents we all appreciate you taking the time to read this! In addition they have guides on Cold and Cough, Allergies, and the flu.
Remember to stay home when sick to prevent the spread!

I had the flu really bad back in early December and I sure hope I don't get it again as I was down for the count for 2 weeks.

Sure have. Two different types of flu. Plus a cold. All since Oct 1. Was sick my whole vacation in Russia and missed a getaway with college friends because I was sick.

we have not had to deal with the flu yet this year though my oldest has gone through THREE rounds of strep throat since Christmas!
Yep, it was the easiest flu i've ever had to deal with. The hype from the government was ridiculous.

To prevent the flu we wash our hands often and have our shots. If we get sick, I make sure the boys get lots of rest and stay hydrated. Thank you

we got the flu around christmas, no fun. Hopefully that's the only bout if it we have, knock on wood.
